Returns and Exchanges
We love our products and hope you will too! If you aren't all "a buzz" about your Honey and Hive 105 purchase for any reason, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of any unworn pieces. Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or within 90 days to receive a Honey and Hive 105 credit.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
We will review your request and provide you with the full address of our returns department.
Return the item(s) to our returns department. (We recommend requesting a tracking number to know when your package is delivered)
Approved return items that have been confirmed as received in good condition will be eligible for exchange or a refund minus the original cost of shipping.
For exchanges, we will invoice you for the shipping cost and will send your new items to you upon payment completion.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original form of payment. Please contact your bank for confirmation of your refund being received.
If your item was delivered to you damaged:
Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your request is reviewed, we will follow up with your replacement options.
